AutoIntent는 텍스트 분류 작업을 위한 자동화된 머신러닝 도구입니다. 기존 솔루션과 달리, AutoIntent는 임베딩 모델 선택, 분류기 최적화, 결정 임계값 조정을 포함한 종단 간 자동화를 제공하며, 이 모든 기능이 모듈식의 sklearn과 유사한 인터페이스 내에서 이루어집니다. 이 프레임워크는 다중 레이블 분류 및 범위 외 탐지를 지원하도록 설계되었습니다. AutoIntent is an automated machine learning tool for text classification tasks. Unlike existing solutions, AutoIntent offers end-to-end automation with embedding model selection, classifier optimization, and decision threshold tuning, all within a modular, sklearn-like interface. The framework is designed to support multi-label classification and out-of-scope detection. AutoIntent demonstrates superior performance compared to existing AutoML tools on standard intent classification datasets and enables users to balance effectiveness and resource consumption.
