Wir schlagen ein vollautomatisches KI-System vor, das kurze komödiantische Videos ähnlich Sketchshows wie Saturday Night Live erzeugt. Ausgehend von Charakterreferenzen nutzt das System eine Population von Agenten, die lose auf realen Produktionsstudiorollen basieren und so strukturiert sind, dass sie die Qualität und Vielfalt der Ideen und Ergebnisse durch iterativen Wettbewerb, Bewertung und Verbesserung optimieren. Ein wesentlicher Beitrag ist die Einführung von LLM-Kritikern, die durch die Analyse eines Korpus von Comedy-Videos auf YouTube an die Präferenzen realer Zuschauer angepasst sind, um Humor automatisch zu bewerten. Unsere Experimente zeigen, dass unser Framework Ergebnisse liefert, die an die Qualität professionell produzierter Sketche heranreichen und gleichzeitig state-of-the-art Leistungen in der Videogenerierung demonstrieren.

We propose a fully automated AI system that produces short comedic videos similar to sketch shows such as Saturday Night Live. Starting with character references, the system employs a population of agents loosely based on real production studio roles, structured to optimize the quality and diversity of ideas and outputs through iterative competition, evaluation, and improvement. A key contribution is the introduction of LLM critics aligned with real viewer preferences through the analysis of a corpus of comedy videos on YouTube to automatically evaluate humor. Our experiments show that our framework produces results approaching the quality of professionally produced sketches while demonstrating state-of-the-art performance in video generation.
