8. Paid Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal and Refund Policy

8.1. Subscription Services: We offer various paid subscription services, including but not limited to premium features and additional usage quotas.

8.2. Auto-Renewal Terms:

• Unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, your subscription will automatically renew according to your chosen subscription cycle (monthly or annually)
• Auto-renewal will be charged at the same price and cycle you originally selected
• We will notify you via email before the auto-renewal with information about the upcoming charge

8.3. Subscription Management:

• You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time

8.4. Subscription Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation requests will take effect immediately upon confirmation
• After cancellation, you can continue to use the paid services until the end of your current subscription period
• After the subscription period ends, your account will automatically convert to a free account with access to basic features only

• You can re-subscribe to our paid services at any time

8.5. Refund Policy:

• New users can request a full refund within 7 days of their first subscription if unsatisfied with the service
• In cases where service interruption exceeds 48 hours due to technical failures, you may request a prorated refund
• No refunds will be provided for account termination due to violation of Terms of Service

• We will process refund requests within 3-5 business days of receipt
• Refunds will be returned to your original payment method
• Alipay refunds: 1-3 business days; Credit card refunds: 3-7 business days; Other payment methods follow the respective platform's processing time
• For annual subscribers, partial refunds based on remaining time may be provided under special circumstances
